SEND, Active Recovery & Staff Supply
SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS AND DISABILITIES (SEND):
Dynamic Care Services is able to provide support to children and young adults with autism, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities through Direct Payments.
Our services include personal care, home-sitting, community access, skills development, and medication support.
Our high-quality carers have completed Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to effectively support individuals with autism and associated behaviours.
In addition, our carers receive specialist training through the Diana Nursing Service and the HENS Team, enabling them to safely administer medication and provide support with moving and handling or transfers where required.
The Direct Payments option, gives families the flexibility to use their allocated care budgets in line with the support agreed through their local authority assessment. This allows us to adapt our services to meet changing needs, preferences, and the goals of the individuals and families we support.
ACTIVE RECOVERY:
Dynamic Care Services has a range of homecare services to suit all needs and budgets regardless of complexity.
Our Active Recovery services can assist individuals leaving hospital with all aspects of recovery by arranging short daily visits to 24-hour visits.
We understand fully the need to work with each individual and their family, to ensure that the right level of care is provided through each stage of the process of leaving hospital.
We also liaise closely with the GP, hospital consultant and community health team of individuals coming home from hospital to ensure continuity of care.
STAFF SUPPLY:
Dynamic Care Services have an extensive database of Qualified Nurses, Care Assistants and Support Workers both temporary and permanent who have been fully interviewed, reference checked and have a continuous performance assessment, having completed a variety of training courses. Enhanced checks on workers have also been made with the Disclosure and Barring Service.
Dynamic Care Services therefore hope to take much of the stress and tension away from the client in providing quality staff whenever needed at short notice.
It is also our objective to provide this service with the minimum amount of disruption and as cost effectively as possible, but with the reliability you are entitled to expect.
Our staff will be expected to maintain a professional clean appearance at all times, dressed in uniform provided by Dynamic Care Services with ID badge and understand the required Standard of Conduct.
We hope that whenever you need any staff, have a problem or a query, you will contact us, so that we may be given the chance to prove we are a “caring” agency and want to work with you, to the ultimate aim – then benefit of the residents, yourselves and ourselves!
